MUSCLE ACHE. AGH. its still aching. as i stand/sit/squat/extend/straighten my thigh muscles will contract and i'll cringe in pain.
PAINFUL LA. cos i used too much energy in jerk it out on monday. many have muscle ache too.
and my neck, my back and my arms. all aching.

im too tired to write abt the past three days, just that.

2) CARAMEL FRAPP. guy was so nice, gave me so so so much caramel on my whipped cream.
3) family chalet tmrw! (: i like bbq.
4) i just cut my wrist with my toenail! so cool!
5) my mum just permed her hair.
