YO i feel like changing my layout again! but no time today. so nada.

THIS IS THE LAST WEEK OF TERM1! and its passing really slowly. like HURRY UP WILL YOU.

OKAY for the past few weeks ive been unreasonably slack. WHY cos i dont seem to have too much homework. the truth is, i do have homework but those are 1) i dunno how to do, 2) i dun like to do.

i like homework actually. but only nicely typed out worksheets like the chemistry ones, the bio ones not so because normally i dont understand. maths is way OUT cos i hate it that we have to print our own and its just. maths is infuriating. i can practically sit down for half an hour and 'finish' one worksheet. like i dont know how to do this question i'll go "okay later then come back" and the next question is the same.. etcetc. ITS SO DAMN INFURIATING CAN cos at the end of everything you realise you have to go to school and copy cos normally sch, everyone is so busy they have no time to sit and explain.

and mrs chew is rather confusing at explanations. dont get me wrong, she's really nice, but just that she speaks a little too fast some times.


dance tmrw! JERK IT OUT.

ANYWAY im going to be strict with myself. about my daily intake of food and daily exercise.

every morning, i will start off with my POST cereal -healthy!- with milk!

then my mum will put in some homebaked stuff for me to bring to school.

for recess, if im very hungry, i'll eat from the canteen. if im not very hungry, i'll eat what my mom packed.

NOTHING for lunch. a drink, a fruit, maybe. NO SOLID FOOD.

HOME i'll have a very early dinner at around 4. not too much, the normal serving of rice and ingredients but when i feel the food in my stomach reaching like 4/5, i'll STOP.

NIGHT i'll definitely feel hungry. so i'll grab an apple! or a pear! or both! just as long as its a fruit.

EXERCISE after the fruit thing.

reward self with one/two scoops of ice cream! no chocolate syrup! only a little nuts at the side.

and see if i can stick to the running every morning. since i go to school so early every morning. pft.

only exemption from daily exercise is THURSDAY and SATURDAY cos that day there's dance.

which means exemption from daily ice cream too!
