yum. i like fruit salad. :D my fruit salad consists of grapes, pineapple, STRAWBERRY, apples and yoghurt! normally they'll have mangoes but apparently we've ran out of them. YUMYUM<3
im going on a diet regime! and exercise regime!
last year i was super obsessed with exercising. like training for abs and all that. after that, i got kinda bummed out and now im slacking my ass off. so now my abs are all GONE and my abline=non-existant. GAH
and im fat.
its been such a long time since ive obsessed about my weight. WAHA goodness gracious me laa. i'll see that:
1) i dont eat more than 3 medium heavy meals a day
2) i dont eat more than a chocolate a day
I FOUND MANGOES IN MY SALAD. no wonder my mum was giving me the -.- look when i was despairing over the lack of the yellow sweet fruit in my salad. xD
3) i stick strictly to my 3/4 bowl of rice every meal.
4) STAY OFF SNACKS
5) no more eating cos i feel like it NADA
and i'll come up with a exercise routine SOON.
